  1. Services: Beach Track Club provides coaching services including training sessions, program design, camps, and related instruction. Session formats (in-person, group, online) are specified at the time of booking.

  2. Payment & Refunds: All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to coach availability. If Beach Track Club is unable to conduct scheduled training sessions, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of training. If the athlete is unable to attend scheduled training sessions due to reasons beyond their control, a refund will be issued at the discretion of Beach Performance.

  3. Assumption of Risk: You understand that athletic training involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks and agree that Beach Track Club and its coaches are not liable for injuries, accidents, or other damages that may occur.

  4. Medical Clearance: You confirm that you are physically able to participate in training and have no condition that would prevent safe participation. You are responsible for maintaining your own health and accident insurance.

  5. Conduct: Athletes are expected to arrive on time, follow instructions, and demonstrate respect toward coaches, facilities, and other participants. Coaches reserve the right to stop or modify training if safety is a concern.

  6. Intellectual Property & Media: All training materials, programs, and content provided remain the property of Beach Track Club. By participating, you grant permission for Beach Track Club to use photos or videos from sessions for educational or promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

  7. Cancellations & Termination: Beach Track Club may cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances. Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time; unused prepaid sessions will be refunded at the discretion of the coach.

  8. Each athlete must be at least 13 years of age.

  9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Effective August 12, 2026Trackside is a track and field training app made by Curtis Beach. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be readable by everyone who uses the app, including athletes under 18.The short versionWe collect: your name, email, and password when you create an account, plus a few basic usage records (like which drills you open) tied to your account. We do not: show ads, sell your information, track you across other apps or websites, collect your location, or read your contacts. You can: delete your account and everything tied to it yourself, inside the app, at any time. What we collect and whyAccount information. When you create an account we ask for your name, email address, and a password. This is what signs you in and shows your name on your profile. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never visible to us.Optional profile answers. At signup you can pick your track and field events. This is optional and helps the app show relevant content.Usage records. The app keeps simple records of how it is used: when it is opened, when someone signs in or creates an account, and which drill series and items are viewed. These records are tied to your account and are used only to understand what is useful and to fix problems. They are never used for advertising and never shared.Error reports. If something in the app breaks, the app records the technical error message so we can fix it. These reports do not include anything you typed.Team membership. If a coach or program adds you to a team in Trackside, your account is linked to that team so the app can show you your team's drill library and colors. Your coach can see your name on the team roster. What we do not collectNo location. No contacts. No photos. No health measurements. No advertising identifiers. Trackside contains no third party analytics or advertising software. The only place your information lives is our own database.Where your information livesTrackside stores accounts and usage records with Supabase, a database hosting service, on servers in the United States. Information travels between your phone and those servers over an encrypted connection. Demo videos are hosted in the same place and are not tied to your identity when you watch them. For athletes under 18Trackside is built for track and field athletes, and many of them are teenagers. We keep collection to the minimum the app needs, and we never use anyone's information for advertising, profiling, or anything beyond running the app.You must be at least 13 to create a Trackside account. If you are under 13, please do not sign up.If you are a parent or guardian and want to see, correct, or delete your athlete's information, email us at curtiskbeach@gmail.com and we will take care of it promptly.Deleting your accountOpen the app, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. Your login, profile, and usage records are removed permanently and immediately. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.SharingWe do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone. The only people who can see it are you, your coach if you are on a team (your name and roster details only), and us when maintaining the app. We would disclose information only if the law required it.ChangesIf this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. A meaningful change will also be announced inside the app.ContactQuestions about privacy or your information: curtiskbeach@gmail.com
